Homwel is on pause.

Hi everyone,

When we started Homwel, our goal was simple: to give agents a smarter, easier way to collect offers and manage deals. Along the way, many of you told us how lightweight and intuitive it felt—and that encouragement has meant the world to us.

 

As we’ve grown, though, we’ve learned something important: while Homwel is helpful, it doesn’t yet solve a pain sharp enough for most agents to use it consistently. We’ve explored different models, even free options, but the timing and market aren’t aligned right now. With that in mind, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause Homwel.

 

For agents with active listings, we’ll continue to support you fully.
Starting October 2, 2025, we won’t be accepting new listings. If you need access to any past data, please email me directly at rishi@homwel.co and we will assist you.

 

This isn’t goodbye forever. We still believe real estate deserves better tools, and your feedback has shaped how we’ll approach what’s next. For now, we just want to say thank you—for trusting us, for trying something new, and for helping us learn.
